  This is my opinion.The worst experience in my life with a repair person. We contacted on Feb 6th and when he showed up would not come in the driveway due to the fact that he had no winter tires on his car and so he parked on the side of the main road. Usually repair services have at least 4 wheel drive and a van or a pick up truck not a small little car. HELLO. The washing machine was leaking water. First time visiting the site he assess it and ordered the part which was a gasket Next visit did not bring adequate tools to dismantle the unit. . Suggested we needed a transmission due to the complexity of the repair. Then he had to return with the tools to try to take it apart .Inadequate tools again.Still not fixed and then came back with replacement transmission and still could not fix the problem. He then went home again to get more tools. Now we are at March 23rd and we separated ways. Enough is enough. One needs proper tools to fix things if you are in that business. Obviously not experienced at all. Would never ever recommend him ever to anyone.
